My Sister's Keeper is definitely a book that should be saved because it questions a family's relationship, human worth, equality, and most impostantly, love. This book's merit is that the story shows that a family can be torn apart at very hard times and still come back together again. I think the moral of this story is: Live your life to the fullest. In this book, Kate never knows when she is going to die, and her family was always right there beside her. For all you know, you could be given one day left to live. That's why you need to live your life to the fullest and make it worth living. This books reminds us that there is more important things than new clothes and makeup, or the F you got on a test. One thing you need to treasure while you still have it is family. In My Sister's Keeper, you can really connect to the characters and feel what they are feeling. This book needs to be saved because it teaches us about values and other deep moral issues. It gets people talking. Save this book!
